How it may be used

Submitted information may be used to review the request, contact you, evaluate potential program fit, improve TRC’s selection process, and maintain operational records.

Sharing

TRC should not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers used to operate the website and application workflow, subject to appropriate agreements.

Retention and requests

Retention periods and privacy-request procedures should be finalized before production launch based on the legal entity, operating locations, and applicable law.
