Program
The first pilot is being designed before it is being marketed.
TRC is building toward an incubator and accelerator. It is not presenting a finished program as current reality.
Available now → First pilot → Long-term directionWhere TRC is now
Founding phase
Useful work first. Program claims later.
TRC does not currently offer a standard cash investment, a recurring cohort, or a formal portfolio designation. The work today is thesis development, founder research, network formation, and selected conversations.
The first incubation pilot should open only after the team, scope, terms, privacy handling, and application workflow are ready.
Interviews, nominations, research, working sessions, and operator network formation.
A small pilot with published scope, responsibilities, selection criteria, and economics.
Recurring accelerator cohorts, capital, residencies, and a protected TRC Backed portfolio.
The model
Founding conversations.
Founder interviews, nominations, research, and selected working sessions that help TRC learn where it can be genuinely useful.
- Founder and market diagnosis
- Product and narrative feedback
- Relevant operator introductions
- Pilot research and selection
A deliberately small incubation environment.
A focused period of direct company-building for founders with uncommon insight and early evidence of movement.
- Product and customer learning
- Positioning and go-to-market pressure testing
- Operating priorities and milestones
- Clear responsibilities on both sides
Acceleration and institutional backing.
Repeatable cohorts, deeper operator access, and a scarce backing signal should follow demonstrated operating ability—not precede it.
- Structured accelerator cohorts
- Long-term founder network
- Capital participation when available
- A protected TRC Backed designation
The working method
Find. Diagnose. Build. Test. Decide.
A simple sequence that demands independent judgment.
Find beyond familiar pipelines
Diagnose what is weak versus misunderstood
Build the company, not the deck
Test against customers and reality
Decide what deserves deeper commitment
Before the pilot opens
No hidden terms. No implied promises.
Publish who is operating TRC and the legal entity responsible.
State the duration, format, expected time commitment, and concrete support.
State clearly whether there are fees, investment, equity, or other economics.
Explain how applications, founder data, and confidential information are handled.
Define what participation does—and does not—allow founders to claim.
Founding conversations
The first pilot should be shaped by real founder problems, not generic accelerator boilerplate.
Share what you are building, nominate a founder, or join the operator network.
